 Returns/Damaged jewelry:

➢ ADG JEWELRY offers refunds (certain circumstances). However Photographs of the item must be emailed in order to process a refund/return. SHIPPING however is not refunded!! Defective items will be refunded only within 60 days. Returns are currently closed due to COVID-19, we do not want to risk any infections to another customer.

➢ ADG offers free repairs on necklaces and bracelets  for up to 1 year after your purchase. The customer will be responsible for shipping and handling. Please email info@ adg-jewellry@gmail.com about the order you wish to repair. 

What materials are used for the jewelry?

➢ All materials are high quality and durable! Most of our jewelry is either 18k / 24k Gold FilledPendants and Charms are both 14k,18k, or 24k Gold Plated or Gold Filled. 

What if my jewelry gets lost?

➢ Unfortunately, ADG is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages while in transit. It is outside our control once we drop off your package. However if the package gets sent back to us, a five dollar fee will be charged for reshipment. 

Is your jewelry made our of real gold?

YES! Gold-filled jewelry supplies are a lifetime productMost of our jewelry is 18k / 24k Gold-filled. Its composed of a solid layer of gold mechanically bonded to a base of either sterling silver or some base metal. Some of our pendants and charms are gold plated. 

For the best care of your jewelry?

Our jewelry is non-tarnish, meaning it can be worn in water. due to the high quality grade in the jewelry there are low chances of the jewelry turning. However, to keep you jewelry shinny and in top notch condition, avoid showering and sweating with your jewelry because certain products contain harmful chemicals/oils which causes skin to metal reaction. When cleaning you items, make sure yo wash your hands and use a soft cloth to prevent scratches.

Do you have gifting options available?

If you would like to send an item as a gift, you will be given an option to add a custom gift message to your packing slip at checkout. Gift-giving is at the heart of our company. 

Do you ship internationally?

➢ Yes! We ship internationally!

What card payments do you accept?

 ➢  We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover. Cards that are not issued by one of the logos listed above will not be accepted. An alternative that we accept is PayPal and Apple Pay. If one of your carries are not mentioned please email adgjewellry@gmail.com.

Please note that ADG ensures that your privacy and personal information is secured and protected. Under jurisdiction and governing laws, we are committed to providing our customers the safety whilst shopping with us. ADG abides under the security standards set by card handlers. These standards are created to fully insure the encryption of each card is guaranteed with each purchase. As seen in our Uniform Resource Locator (URL), the closed lock indicated the encryption that is provided to all of our customers. 

How long does it take for my order to be shipped out?

➢ Please allow 1 week! for your items to be processed. Once processed and shipped you will receive you order within 5-7 business days (standard).

➢ Personalized jewelry takes up to 2 weeks to be fulfilled then 3-5 business days for shipping.

How much is shipping?

  Domestic Shipping has a flat rate of $5.40. All orders are shipped using USPS First Mail service. For orders $60 and above we offer free USPS Priority shipping. An email will be sent containing you tracking number as soon as the order ships out.
